Initial Consultation
This is the very first stage in which Omar meets with you to share information and learn about your vision, needs and budget for the project. Typically, this happens at your home.
Document Existing Conditions (if applicable)
Omar visits your home to verify and document critical dimensions and all aspects relevant to the project. His experience, attention to detail and use of precise laser-measuring tools ensure that the design drawings are accurate.
Schematic Design
At this point, Omar considers all the options and presents you with several solutions through a series of drawings, perspectives, sketches or computer renderings. During this stage of the process, he meets with you to discuss the different solutions and identify their advantages and challenges. He prides himself in not limiting the number of schematic design iterations. His goal is to arrive at the best possible solution for you.
Design Development
Once a Schematic Design is agreed upon, Omar will test those ideas and refine the details to shape the final result. The result of this stage is a set of plans and elevations that are realistic and adequate for a General Contractor to provide you with a preliminary construction budget.

Construction/Permit Documents
This is the stage when Omar develops the design according to the preliminary construction budget and produces the final working drawings that allow a General Contractor to assess the full scope of the project and the local municipality to examine and approve its construction.
Construction Administration
During the construction of your project, Omar visits the site periodically and carries out tasks to facilitate project communication, maintain records, review and certify amounts due to contractors and verify that the architectural integrity of the project is being maintained. He is your advocate during the construction process and strives to keep the project on track to meet all of your goals.
